Presented by Ann Wichmann

These training weekends are designed around you and your dog. We will work on obedience, distractions, indications, direct, agility, and scent theory/search strategy, depending on your needs. The focus is on your handling skills and useful techniques to build your success with your dog. There are opportunities to work on both live find and HRD in both area and building search.

Disaster Skills Seminars

Presented by Ann Wichmann

Come and learn the Foundation Skills (FSA) required by Urban Search and Rescue. Several organizations are now offering certifications for disaster work, both live and HRD, which demand successful completion of obedience, alert, agility, and direct requirements prior to attempting the rubble search component. Plus, they are lots of fun for your dog and an excellent way to enhance your timing and connection to your partner. This is a great opportunity to learn the FSA skills from someone who has trained, certified, and evaluated in the FEMA standard for 20 plus years!
